Staying at Capo Cottages with amazing views and stunning walks on the door step, a wonderful place to relax, renew and restore.

Capo Cottages are a group of 3 self-catering cottages, surrounded by nature. Just 3 miles outside of Edzell village at the foot of the Angus glens.

Situated between the North Esk River and an ancient pine wood forest. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. Accommodation is spacious, spreading over the 3 cottages, multiple living spaces with the Yoga space at the hub for classes and training.

Yoganster Mini Retreat - Summer solstice

20th - 23rd June 2019

We're so excited to have Yogangster host their mini retreat at Capo Cottages in June!

Yoga classes will be taught by @kellyisaacyoga over the #summersolstice weekend! The retreat will include posture clinics, hikes in the Scottish hills and cleansing vegan menus. We will be joined by the wonderful Althea Massage Therapy & Yoga who will be offering massage throughout the weekend.

Active Osho Meditation

10.45pm – 12pm
Yoga philosophy talk on equanimity and how to apply it to your yoga practice & life (includes hand-outs).

12pm – 1.30pm
Two course vegetarian lunch, with some time to take a river or woodland walk or just relax in the beautiful surroundings, card readings

1.30pm – 3pm
Kundalini Flow Yoga class

Deep Yoga Nidra
